The Manchester Parish Council kickstarted its Local Government Month observance in reverence at the Cobbla New Testament Church of God. The worship exercise which commenced at 9:00 a.m. had among its congregation members of the Council's staff namely Mayor Brenda Ramsay, supporting Councillors as well as members from the Administrative body. The Local Government Month celebrations will continue with an open exhibition of the Council and its collaborative agencies from November 17-21 starting at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All are invited!
