The mandate of the Manchester Parish Council’s Infirmary is to provide a caring environment for the destitute within the parish of Manchester. The Infirmary has been set up to cater to the needs of those who are unable to care for themselves. It works closely with the poor relief department, who upon identifying cases, refer them to the Infirmary. This programme is geared towards the provision of nutrition, transportation and medical assistance to those citizens who have no home or family to attend to their needs.
