Mayor of Mandeville and Chairman of the Manchester Municipal Corporation, Councillor Donovan Mitchell was host to students and professors from the University of Ohio, USA on December 15, 2016. The group was briefed on the roles and functions of the Corporation, spatial and economic history of Manchester, regulations governing the Corporation and the Manchester Local Sustainable Development Plan.
