Six-two (62) Members of Staff at the Manchester Parish Council participated in an in-house training conducted by the Business Development and Workforce Solution, South West Region of HEART Trust.
Training was done in areas, such as:-
- Deliver Quality Customer Service
- Deal with Conflict Situations
- Manage Stress
- Prepare for Work and
- Develop Professionalism
The presenter was Ms. Shim-Hue, who provided real life situations that are affecting organizations, and solutions to resolve to these situations. Employees will be awarded Certificates from HEART TRUST/NTA upon successfully completion of the training and assessment.
